How many points do I earn?
You will earn points based on dollars spent on our deliveries. For every $1 you spend, you will earn 1 point. This accrual does not include fees or taxes. We round points down, so if you spend $99.99, you will receive 99 points.
How do I use these points for credits?
Once you accumulate 100 points, you’ll receive $3 in credit to use towards your next purchase. It's that easy!
How do I sign up for Buyers’ Club?
Once you make your first purchase you will be automatically be enrolled into our loyalty program.
How long does it take to get my points?
Your points will be added after you get your order delivered.
How do I know how many points I have?
You can check your loyalty points in your profile under My Rewards.
Do my points expire?
Yes, if you have not made a purchase for 6 months, you will lose all your points. Our Buyer’s Club has one of the most generous points/dollars credit in the industry specifically to reward our best customers. Be sure to keep on coming back!
Do I still have to pay taxes for rewards?
Yes. Regulations on cannabis products require multiple taxes, some of which are based on the cost of the product and must be paid by the consumer and listed on the receipt.
My points seem incorrect, how can I resolve this?
If you still believe your points are wrong, please send us an email to customersupport@Smokeland.com with your name, phone number on your member account and we will work to get your points resolved as quickly as possible.
